Abstract:Objective:To investigate the efficacy of laparoscopic ileocecal anastomosis and open ileocecal anastomosis.Method:A total of 56 patients underwent ileal double lumen ostomy and readmission in the Xiamen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were included, including 28 patients who underwent complete laparoscopic ileostomy(laparoscopic group)and 28 patients who underwent open ileostomy and ileostomy(open group). The two groups were compared in surgical time, intraoperative blood loss, adhesion release ratio, spontaneous bed departure time, first exhaust time, postoperative hospitalization time,,Numerical Rating Scale(NRS),inflammatory indicators and Anal function.Result:The operation time in the laparoscopic group was longer than that in the laparotomy group, the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the laparotomy group, and the proportion of adhesion release cases was greater than that in the laparotomy group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The spontaneous discharge time, first evacuation time, and postoperative hospitalization time in the laparoscopic group were shorter than those in the laparotomy group, and the NRS score after surgery(2nd and 3rd)was lower than that in the laparotomy group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two groups in postoperative inflammatory indicators(P>0.05).The comparison of Wexner score and low anterior resection syndrome(LARS)score at 3 months and 6 months after surgery showed that the anal function recovery of the abdominal group was better than that of the open abdominal group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with open ileocecal anastomosis, laparoscopic ileocecal anastomosis has less bleeding, higher adhesion release rate, faster recovery after surgery, and lower postoperative pain.
