Abstract:Objective:To explore the correlation between lipoprotein(a)[Lp(a)]levels,platelet/lymphocyte ratio(PLR),and neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and degree of coronary artery stenosis(CAS)in coronary heart disease(CHD)patients.Method:A total of 110 CHD patients from March 2023 to February 2025 admitted to the Beijing Huairou Hospital were selected as the case group, and a total of another 110 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations during the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of Lp(a),PLR and NLR in both groups were compared.According to the degree of CAS,the 110 CHD patients were divided into two groups:mild group(n=42)and moderate to severe group(n=68).The clinical data,Lp(a),PLR and NLR levels in both groups were compared, and multivariate logistic regression analyses were conducted to investigate the relationship between Lp(a),PLR,and NLR levels and the degree of CAS in CHD patients.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)was drawn to plot the working characteristics of the subjects.Curve analysis clarifies the diagnostic value of Lp(a),PLR and NLR for the degree of CAS in CHD patients.Result:Compared to the control group, the levels of Lp(a),PLR and NLR in the case group were higher, with statistically siginificant differences(P<0.05).In comparison of the mild group, the proportion with a history of alcohol consumption,Lp(a)levels,PLR and NLR in the severe group were higher, with statistically siginificant differences(P<0.05).The results of multiple logistic regression analysis showed that Lp(a),PLR and NLR were independent factors affecting the degree of coronary artery stenosis in patients with CHD,with statistically siginificant differences(P<0.05).The ROC curve showed that compared with the detection of Lp(a),PLR and NLR alone, the area under the curve for the combined detection was higher, with a statistically siginificant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lp(a),PLR and NLR are positively correlated with the degree of CAS in CHD patients, and their combined detection has higher diagnostic value.
