Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of nimodipine combined with probiotics on postoperative neurological rehabilitation and intestinal flora in patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage.Method:A total of 88 patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage who underwent cranial drilling lateral ventricle drainage in the Putian 95th Hospital of China Rongtong Medical and Health Group from March 2023 to March 2025 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional regimen+nimodipine, and the observation group was treated with probiotics on this basis. Both groups were treated for 2 weeks. The clinical efficacy, neurological function, intestinal flora, inflammatory factors and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the Glasgow coma score,brain-derived neurotrophic factor, bifidobacterium and lactobacillus in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score, tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6,C-reactive protein, and enterococcus were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of nimodipine combined with probiotics in patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage is definite, which can improve their neurological function and intestinal flora, reduce the degree of inflammatory response, and have good safety.
