Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)in the treatment of cholelithiasis complicated with choledocholithiasis.Method:A total of 112 patients with gallbladder stones and bile duct stones admitted to Xiangcheng People's Hospital of Suzhou City from April 2022 to March 2025 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 56 cases in each group. The patients received laparoscopic combined with common bile duct exploration and stone removal or ERCP treatment respectively. The perioperative conditions, liver function indicators(GGT,GPT,GOT),oxidative stress levels(ACTH,Cor,NE)and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The observation group had shorter operation time, postoperative exhaust time, time to ambulation, and length of hospital stay,as well as less intraoperative blood loss(P<0.05).Postoperative levels of GGT,GPT,and GOT were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The ACTH,Cor and NE in both groups increased, but the increase in the observation group was smaller, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the two groups was similar, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with ERCP for the treatment of gallbladder and bile duct stones is helpful to accelerate the postoperative recovery process, reduce liver function damage and oxidative stress response, and has a better effect.
