The Effect and Safety of Kangfuxin Liquid in the Treatment of Patients with Ulcerative Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding and Influence for Tissue Repair

Abstract：Objective:To explore the efficacy,safety and influence on tissue repair of Kangfuxin fluid in ulcerative upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Method:From March 2022 to October 2024,120 patients with ulcerative upper gastrointestinal bleeding in Wuhan Jihe Hospital were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 60 caes in each group.The control group received conventional treatment for ulcerative upper gastrointestinal bleeding,while the observation group was treated with Kangfuxin liquid on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate of disease treatment,the total rates of three kinds of adverse reactions,defense factors[trefoil factor 1(TFF1)and prostaglandin E2(PGE2)],blood routine[red blood cells(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb)and platelets(PLT)],mucosal tissue repair factors[epidermal growth factor(EGF)],cyclooxygenase-1(COX-1)and cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of disease treatment in the observation group was higher than those in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in defense factors,blood routine and mucosal tissue repair factors between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood routine and mucosal tissue repair factor of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,while the defense factor was significantly lower than that of the control group.Moreover,the blood routine and mucosal tissue repair factor of both groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment within the group,and the defense factor was significantly lower than that before treatment within the group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kangfuxin liquid has a good therapeutic effect and high safety in ulcerative upper gastrointestinal bleeding,and can effectively improve the mucosal tissue state.Therefore,it has a high application value in patients with ulcerative upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
