Abstract:Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of the efficacy of sacubitril/valsartan sodium tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)complicated with chronic heart failure(CHF).Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 137 patients with CHD combined with CHF admitted to Putian Hanjiang Hospital from August 2022 to August 2024.The patients were divided into the effective group and the ineffective group based on whether the treatment was effective.General information of the research subjects was collected and compared, and collinearity analysis was performed on the items with differences. The relevant indicators without collinearity were included in the logistic regression model to analyze the related factors influencing the therapeutic effect of sacubitril/valsartan sodium tablets in patients with CHD combined with CHF.Result:A total of 137 patients with CHD combined with CHF were included in this study. They were grouped based on whether the treatment with sacubitril/valsartan sodium tablets was effective.Among them,109 patients had a reduction of≥30%in N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),and were classified as the effective group.Twenty-eight patients with a reduction of NT-proBNP of less than 30%were classified as the ineffective group. There were statistically significant differences between the effective group and the ineffective group in left atrial inner diameter(LAD),combined use of beta-blockers,interleukin-1 β(IL-1β),and glucose transporter 1(GLUT-1)(P<0.05).After conducting collinearity analysis and logistic regression equation calculation for the above factors,it was found that there was no collinearity relationship(VIF≤10,tolerance≥0.1),and they were influencing factors for the therapeutic effect of sacubitril/valsartan sodium tablets in patients with CHD combined with CHF(OR=0.860,4.354,7.341,3.794).Conclusion:LAD,combined use of beta-blockers,IL-1β,and GLUT-1 are all influencing factors for the therapeutic effect of sacubitril/valsartan sodium tablets in the treatment of patients with CHD combined with CHF.In clinical practice, they should be given key attention and targeted intervention measures should be formulated.
