Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of management intervention based on sensitive indicators in hypertensive patients.Method:240 hypertensive patients treated in the Beijing Huairou Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group of 120 patients and an experimental group of 120 patients using a random number table. The control group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received management interventions based on sensitive indicators. The blood pressure levels, psychological status,self-management ability, and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention, the diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, and the score of the Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the experimental group had higher scores on the Self Care Ability Scale(ESCA)and Quality of Life Measurement Scale(QLICD-HY)of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing management interventions based on sensitive indicators for hypertensive patients can effectively reduce blood pressure levels, improve psychological state, enhance self-management abilities, and improve overall quality of life.
