Abstract:Objective:To explore the value of obtaining hypothermia intervention in the operating room for patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery under a prospective management model throughout the entire process.Method:A total of 80 patients who underwent gastrointestinal surgery in the hospital were selected from January 2023 to January 2024 as the sampling interval. They were randomly divided into two groups using a digital table method, with 40 patients included in each group. The control group received routine intervention during the care process, while the observation group received a low-temperature intervention program in the operating room under a prospective management model throughout the care process.Result:The observation group had a shorter recovery time compared to the control group(P<0.05).The negative emotion score was lower(P<0.05).At the beginning of the surgery, there was no significant difference in body temperature between the two groups(P>0.05).At 1 hour during the surgery and at the end of the surgery, the observation group had a higher body temperature(P<0.05).The stress response indicators of the observation group participating in the experiment,i.e.E,NE,and Cor,were all lower(P<0.05).TT,PT and APTT of the patients in the observation group were all at a lower level(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery admitted to clinical practice, adopting a proactive management model for operating room hypothermia intervention can shorten recovery time, eliminate negative emotions, promote stable body temperature, reduce stress reactions, and improve coagulation function.
