Abstract:Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of combined application of interferon-α nebulization in the treatment of pediatric asthmatic bronchitis.Method:A total of 130 children diagnosed with pediatric asthmatic bronchitis admitted to Hanchuan People's Hospital from December 2022 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 65 cases in each group. The control group received basic symptomatic treatment, while the analysis group was treated with combined application of recombinant human interferon α1b.The improvement of symptom scores, blood eosinophil ratio(EO%),peripheral blood white blood cell count(WBC),and serum interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-5(IL-5)levels,overall efficacy, and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the analysis group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the symptom scores,EO%,WBC,and IL-2,IL-4,IL-5 levels in both groups were significantly reduced, and those in the analysis group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the analysis group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of recombinant human interferon α1b nebulization in the treatment of pediatric asthmatic bronchitis has good effect, which can effectively promote the improvement of inflammation and cytokine levels and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
