Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of early warning intervention combined with attribution psychological adjustment on thrombosis, psychological resilience, and self-efficacy in patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery for esophageal cancer.Method:88 patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery for esophageal cancer admitted to Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Prevention and Treatment Center from March 2023 to March 2025 were randomly divided into a control group(receiving routine nursing)and an observation group(receiving early warning intervention combined with attribution psychological adjustment on the basis of routine nursing)using a random number table method, with 44 patients in each group. The incidence of postoperative thrombosis, psychological resilience, and self-efficacy levels were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention, the observation group had a lower incidence of postoperative deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in the lower extremities compared to the control group.Additionally, the observation group scored higher than the control group in all dimensions of the Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)and the Self-Management in Cancer Care(SUPPH)scale, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of early warning intervention and attribution psychological adjustment can effectively reduce the incidence of thrombosis in patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery for esophageal cancer, improve their psychological resilience, and enhance their self-efficacy.
