Abstract:Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of low-intensity exercise rehabilitation training on shoulder joint dysfunction following arthroscopic surgery.Method:A total of 80 patients with shoulder joint dysfunction following arthroscopy admitted to Taixing People's Hospital from January to December 2024 were randomly divided into a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=40).Both groups underwent standardized rehabilitation protocols, the control group receiving high-intensity rehabilitation training while the observation group underwent low-intensity rehabilitation training.Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores and shoulder joint function scores were compared between the two groups before intervention, after the third intervention session, and after the tenth intervention session.Result:Before intervention, the difference in VAS scores between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).At the 3rd and 10th intervention sessions, the observation group demonstrated significantly lower VAS scores than the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The daily activities, shoulder joint range of motion, pain, muscle strength, and other shoulder joint function scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low-intensity exercise rehabilitation effectively promotes recovery from shoulder arthroscopy-related joint dysfunction. This approach is minimally invasive and highly safe, requiring only basic rehabilitation equipment.Patients find it easy to master and demonstrate good compliance.
