Abstract:Objective:To explore the application of refined nursing under the guidance of goal management theory in patients undergoing liver cancer surgery.Method:A total of 102 liver cancer surgery patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January 2022 to December 2024 were divided into a control group(n=49)and an observation group(n=53).The control group received routine nursing interventions, while the observation group received refined nursing interventions guided by goal management theory. The postoperative rehabilitation status, psychological state, quality of life score, and incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Result:The observation group had shorter postoperative first anal exhaust, defecation, feeding, and hospitalization time compared to the control group, and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of both groups of patients showed a decreasing trend after one month of intervention, while the scores of all dimensions of the FACT scale showed an increasing trend. The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, while the scores of each dimension of the FACT scale were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the guidance of goal management theory, refined nursing can accelerate the recovery process of liver cancer surgery patients, effectively improve their psychological state and quality of life, and reduce the incidence of complications.
