Effectiveness Analysis of Operating Room Nursing Intervention Combined with Pain Tntervention in Elderly Diabetic Patients with Osteoporotic Fractures

Abstract:Objective:To analyze and explore the effectiveness of operating room nursing intervention combined with pain intervention in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporotic fracture.Method:From January 2024 to December 2024,60 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporotic fracture who were treated by surgery in the Longyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Xiamen University were enrolled.The participants were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were respectively treated with routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with operation room nursing combined with pain intervention.The blood glucose level and pain score of the two groups were compared.Result:After the application of different types of nursing modes,the blood glucose levels of the two groups were comprehensively evaluated.Compared with the control group,the control effect of the observation group was ideal and the quantitative score was lower,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After the nursing intervention,the pain scores of both groups decreased significantly.The score of the observation group was lower compared with the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of operation room nursing intervention combined with pain intervention in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus combined with osteoporotic fracture has ideal effect,which can effectively regulate blood glucose level,reduce pain.
