Diagnostic Value of Serum FIB,D-Dimer,APTT,PT and TT Combined in Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract：Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of serum fibrinogen(FIB),D-dimer(D-D),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT),and thrombin time(TT)combined in acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Method:A total of 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were admitted to the Fujian Tingzhou Hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects and included in the observation group,and another 100 healthy individuals were selected as the control group.The serum levels of FIB,D-D,APTT,PT,and TT were measured in both groups.According to infarction type,the observation group was divided into progressive and complete cerebral infarction subgroups.Comparisons of serum FIB,D-D,APTT,PT,and TT were made between progressive and complete cerebral infarction.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis was performed to assess the diagnostic value of combined FIB,D-D,APTT,PT,and TT in ACI.Result:The observation group had higher levels of FIB and D-D,and lower levels of APTT,PT,and TT compared to the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The progressive cerebral infarction subgroup showed higher levels of FIB,D-D,APTT and PT,lower level of TT compared to the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis revealed a sensitivity of 96.7%,specificity of 97.0%,and an AUC of 0.978 for the combined use of FIB,D-D,APTT,PT,and TT in diagnosing acute cerebral infarction,all of which intervened in any single detection.Conclusion:The combined detection of serum FIB,D-D,APTT,PT,and TT shows high sensitivity and specificity in diagnosing acute cerebral infarction and can reflect the progression of the disease,provide important auxiliary diagnostic information for clinical practice.
