Abstract:Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of combined testing for uric acid(UA),D-dimer(DD),and lipid ratios in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)complicated by coronary heart disease(CHD).Method:A total of 150 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)admitted to Handan First Hospital between June 2022 and June 2024 were selected and divided into T2DM with coronary heart disease(CHD)group(n=80)and T2DM group(n=70).Additionally,55 healthy individuals undergoing routine physical examinations during the same period were selected as the control group. The UA,DD,and lipid levels of the three groups were compared, and the diagnostic efficacy of UA,DD,and apolipoprotein A1(ApoA1)/apolipoprotein B(ApoB)for T2DM with CHD was analyzed.Result:The levels of UA,DD,ApoB/ApoA1,triglycerides,and LDL-cholesterol in the T2DM with CHD group were higher than those in the T2DM group and the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis revealed that UA>327.5 μmol/L,DD>0.825 mg/L,and ApoB/ApoA1>0.715 were independent risk factors for CHD occurrence in T2DM(P<0.05).The areas under the curve(AUC)for serum UA,DD,and ApoB/ApoA1 measured individually and in combination were 0.801,0.842,0.755,and 0.885,respectively.The AUC for combined testing was significantly greater than that for individual markers. Conclusion:The combined detection of UA,DD,ApoB/ApoA1 enhances diagnostic efficacy for elderly patients with T2DM complicated by CHD,providing valuable reference for the early clinical identification of coronary artery disease in elderly T2DM patients.
