Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the value of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI)in diagnosing endometrial cancer(EC)and assessing the degree of myometrial invasion.Method:96 suspected EC patients were selected from Caofeidian District Hospital Tangshan City from August 2022 to August 2024.DCE-MRI examination was performed on all patients, and pathological results were used as the gold standard to calculate the detection and diagnostic value of EC.According to the pathological examination results,EC patients were divided into groups with muscle infiltration≥50%and muscle infiltration<50%.The differences in Ktrans,Kep,and Ve between the two groups were compared, and ROC curves were drawn to analyze the value of DCE-MRI parameters in evaluating the degree of muscle infiltration.Result:Among the 96 suspected patients,57 were diagnosed by the gold standard.Among them,56 cases were detected by DCE-MRI,with a detection rate of 98.25%.DCE-MRI was effective in diagnosing EC.Among the 57 EC patients,22 had myometrial invasion≥50%,and 35 had<50%.The values of Ktrans,Kep,and Ve for the group with myometrial invasion≥50%were significantly higher than those for the group with<50%,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ROC curves showed that the combined evaluation of DCE-MRI parameters in assessing myometrial invasion had the highest value, with an area under the curve of 0.979,a sensitivity of 0.985,and a specificity of 0.824.Conclusion:DCE-MRI has high value in diagnosing EC,and can evaluate the degree of muscle infiltration of lesions, which is conducive to guiding the formulation of early treatment plans and improving the overall treatment effect.
