Abstract:Objective:To explore the potential category characteristics and influencing factors of postoperative fear of exercise in patients undergoing radical resection of lung cancer.Method:A total of 124 lung cancer patients who underwent radical resection of lung cancer in the Yubei People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2025 were selected as the research objects. The general information questionnaire,Tampa Motor Phobia Scale(TSK),Exercise self-efficacy Scale(SEE),Visual analogue Scale(VAS)and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)were used to investigate.Latent profile analysis was used to explore the potential categories of postoperative exercise fear in patients with radical lung cancer, and multiple logistic regression was used to further analyze the influencing factors of different categories of exercise fear.Result:The postoperative exercise fear of lung cancer patients could be divided into three potential categories:low level exercise fear group, medium level exercise fear group and high level exercise fear group. There were statistically significant differences among the three groups in age, education level, residence, family income per capita, pain degree,SEE score and SSRS score(P<0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that education level, pain degree, residence,SEE score and SSRS score were independent influencing factors of exercise fear in patients with lung cancer after radical surgery, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are significant classification characteristics of postoperative exercise fear in patients undergoing radical resection of lung cancer.Clinical medical staff can carry out targeted intervention according to different categories and influencing factors to reduce postoperative exercise fear and promote recovery.
