Abstract:Objective:To analyze the impact of minimally invasive rotational resection guided by ultrasound on benign breast tumors patients.Method:80 patients with benign breast tumors admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Jingzhou City from April 2021 to April 2024 were selected as the study objects. And they were divided to two groups(40 cases each)with random numerical table. The control group underwent traditional open surgery, while the observation group underwent minimally invasive rotational resection guided by ultrasound. The comparisons were made on surgical related indicators, stress response indicators, pain levels, pain factor levels, breast aesthetics, and complications in both groups. Results:The observation group had less intraoperative blood loss, shorter operation time and hospital stays(P<0.05).The observation group and higher breast aesthetics compared with the control group(P<0.05),The observation group and lower incidence of complications than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group showed lower scores of visual analogue scale after each time point after operation than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the observation group demonstrated lower levels of stress response indicators and pain factors after operation for 3 d(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided minimally invasive rotational resection achieves smaller trauma, faster recovery, and fewer complications. It can alleviate postoperative pain, relieve stress response, and improve breast aesthetics in patients, which is worthy of clinical reference.
