Abstract:Objective:To analyze the effects of single-port thoracoscopy and three-port thoracoscopy in the treatment of lung cancer.Method:500 lung cancer patients admitted to the First Hospital of Putian City from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the observation group(250 cases,single-port thoracoscopic surgery)and the control group(250 cases,three-port thoracoscopic surgery). The surgical indicators, incidence of complications, pain scores, total drainage volume and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result:The indicators of operation time, indwelling time of drainage tube, intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay in the observation group were all better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=33.454,32.765,31.678,35.632,31.256,P<0.05).The surgical complications in the observation group were less than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(字2=2.342,P<0.05).The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total drainage volume of the observation group was less than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life(physical, physiological, psychological and other dimensions)in the observation group were higher, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Single-port thoracoscopic surgery for lung cancer can reduce the possibility of complications, alleviate pain, help reduce the total drainage volume, and has better application advantages than three-port thoracoscopy. It is conducive to promoting postoperative recovery of patients and has a promoting effect on improving the prognosis of patients.
