Abstract:Objective:To analyze the effect of periareola incision surgery for breast fibroadenoma.Method:A total of 62 patients with breast fibroma admitted to the Sixth People's Hospital of Panyu District,Guangzhou from January 2022 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was treated with radial incision surgery, while the experimental group was treated with periareola incision surgery. The aesthetic perception, incidence of postoperative complications, degree of scar healing, and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result:3 months after the operation, the degree of scar healing in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, the aesthetic perception was higher than that in the control group, the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group, and the scores of SF-36 related dimensions were higher than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of breast fibroadenoma with periareolar incision surgery has better postoperative scar recovery, which can improve the patient's aesthetic perception, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve the quality of life.It has certain clinical feasibility.
