Effect of Self Regulation Theory Combined with Individualized Nutritional Diet Intervention on Patients with Hepatitis B

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of self-regulation theory combined with individualized nutritional diet intervention on hepatitis B patients.Method:160 patients with hepatitis B from June 2023 to June 2024 in The 909th Hospital were selected as research objects.They were divided into control group(80 cases)with conventional intervention and personalized nutritional diet intervention,and observation group(80 cases)with self-regulation theory intervention on the basis of the control group.The self nursing ability,nutritional status and psychological emotion of hepatitis B patients in the two groups were compared after 3 months of continuous intervention.Result:After the intervention,the scores of each dimension of self-care ability implementation scale(ESCA)in the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PA)and hemoglobin(Hb)in the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of depression,tension and anger in the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower.Energy scores were increased,and the observation group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of self-regulation theory and individualized nutritional diet intervention can effectively improve the self-care ability,nutritional status and psychological emotion of hepatitis B patients.
