Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of erectile ridge muscle plane(ESP)block combined with general anesthesia in patients with thoracoscopic lobectomy(TL).Method:80 patients with TL in Xianning First People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and grouped by the random number table method.40 patients in the control group were given simple general anesthesia, and 40 patients in the study group were given ultrasound-guided ESP block combined with general anesthesia. The levels of inflammatory factors and pain mediators in the 2 groups were observed before and 24 h after surgery. The quality of rehabilitation in the 2 groups was compared between 24 h and 48 h after surgery, and the incidence of perioperative adverse reactions was analyzed.Result:The serum levels of IL-6,IL-8,5-HT and SP in 2 groups were higher than before 24 h after surgery, but the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative quality-40(QoR-40)scores of 24 h and 48 h were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of perioperative adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided ESP block combined with general anesthesia can effectively inhibit the level of inflammation in TL patients, improve the analgesic effect, and improve the postoperative rehabilitation quality. It has good preventive effect on perioperative adverse reactions.
