Abstract:Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of ulinastatin and somatostatin in emergency patients with acute pancreatitis(AP).Method:The clinical data of 80 patients with AP in Sanming Second Hospital from April 2020 to May 2024 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into control group(somatostatin treatment)and observation group(combined with ulinastatin treatment),with 40 cases in each group. The treatment lasted for 7 days. The improvement of symptoms, inflammatory factor indicators[C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)],clinical efficacy, and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:Compared with the control group, the observation group had a shorter time for symptom disappearance and a higher overall clinical effective rate, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The observation group had significantly lower levels of CRP and PCT after treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ulinastatin combined with somatostatin can effectively improve clinical symptoms, and reduce inflammatory reactions, with no increase in the occurrence of adverse reactions. It has good application safety.
