Effect of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Intervention on Fetal Growth Restriction on Delivery and Placental Expression

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the impact of low molecular weight heparin intervention on fetal growth restriction(FGR)on delivery and placental expression.Method:60 sufferer with FGR who were in Jinjiang Hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were chosen to research.In order of hospitalization,they were divided into comparative group(n=30,normal therapy)and therapy group(n=30,normal therapy+low molecular weight heparin).The therapeutic effect,development of fetus[head cycle(HC),abdomen circumference(AC),femoral length(FL),biparietal diameter(BPD)],umbilical cord blood level[the ratio of peak systolic velocity to end diastolic velocity(S/D),pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)],placental related factor expression[Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),B-cell lymphoma(Bcl-2),placental growth factor(PlGF)],childbirth outcome[birth weight,icterus neonatorum,neonatal transfer to NICU,Apgar score]were compareed between the two groups.Result:The therapeutic outcomes in the treatment group demonstrated a marked superiority over those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Post-intervention,HC,AC,FL,and BPD levels rose markedly in both groups,though the treatment group showed significantly superior increases relative to the control group(P<0.05).The S/D,PI and RI of both groups were markedly decreased,and those of the treatment group were inferior than control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of VEGF,Bcl-2 and PlGF,as well as the outcomes of neonatal weight,jaundice,transfer to NICU and Apgar score all exhibited more favorable outcomes when compared with the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low molecular weight heparin supportive therapeutic for FGR sufferer has significant therapeutic infection,which can promote fetal growth and development,improve the blood flow level of sufferer,and promote the reflect of placental related factors,which is helpful to improve the outcome of delivery.
