Obeservation on Clinical Efficacy and Immune Function of Osimertinib Combined with Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer with EGFR Sensitive Mutations

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and immune function of osimertinib combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer with epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)sensitive mutations.Method:From September 2023 to March 2025,60 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer with EGFR sensitive mutations were selected as the research subjects at Nantong Tongzhou District People's Hospital.They were ramdomly divided into a control group receiving targeted treatment with osimertinib alone and a study group receiving cisplatin combined with pemetrexed chemotherapy regimen on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,tumor marker levels,adverse reactions,and immune cell levels were compared between the two groups.Result:The overall disease control rate of the study group patients was significantly higher than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumot markers in both groups of patients were lower than before treatment,and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD8+level in the study group was lower than before treatment and lower than that in the control group,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+levels were higher than before treatment and higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients with EGFR sensitive mutations using osimertinib combined with chemotherapy can significantly improve clinical efficacy and immune function and not increase adverse reactions.
