Abstract:Objective:To analyze the development trajectory and influencing factors of immune function in patients with chronic asthmatic bronchitis with delayed progression.Method:150 patients with chronic asthmatic bronchitis who received treatment in the internal medicine department of Putian Overseas Chinese Hospital from January 2021 to October 2024 were selected. After the patients started treatment, tests were conducted every 15 days for three consecutive months. The immune function of the patients was evaluated by weighted scoring of various immune indicators.Mplus software was used to analyze the potential profile of the development trajectory of the patients'immune function and determine the optimal profile model.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of the development trajectory of the patients'immune function.Result:This study identified three categories of development trajectories, namely the upward trend group(n=47),the downward trend group(n=47),and the stable trend group(n=56).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that sleep quality, malnutrition, treatment compliance, diabetes and anxiety were independent factors influencing the potential category differences of immune function development track in patients with chronic asthmatic bronchitis. Conclusion:The development track of immune function in chronic asthmatic bronchitis patients with prolonged delay can be divided into three types:upward trend group, downward trend group, and gentle trend group, which are affected by sleep quality, malnutrition, treatment compliance, diabetes and anxiety factors.
