Abstract:Objective:To observe the combined application effect of hysteroscopic electroresection and mirena in the clinical treatment of patients with endometrial polyps.Method:A total of 108 patients with endometrial polyps admitted to Shaanxi Provincial Honorary Military Rehabilitation Hospital from August 2023 to January 2025 were grouped according to the Double Color Ball method. Both groups underwent hysteroscopic electroresection. The control group(54 cases)was treated with conventional therapy after surgery, while the study group(54 cases)was treated with Mirena after surgery. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the research group after treatment was higher than that of the control group, and the menstrual volume score, endometrial thickness, uterine volume,as well as the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2),and luteinizing hormone(LH)in the study group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significat difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of hysteroscopic electroresection for endometrial polyps, the combined application of Mirena can improve the uterine characteristics and menstrual cycle of patients and regulate the secretion of sex hormones.
