Application Analysis of Standardized Comprehensive Insulation Nursing in Patients Undergoing Minimally Invasive Surgery Assisted by Tianji Orthopedic Robot for Pelvic Fractures

Abstract：Objective:To observe the application effect of the standardized comprehensive thermal insulation nursing model in patients with pelvic fractures undergoing minimally invasive surgery assisted by the Tianji Orthopedic robot.Method:A total of 106 patients with pelvic fractures admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and all received minimally invasive surgery assisted by Tianji Orthopedic robot.They were divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.And received routine care and standardized comprehensive thermal insulation care respectively.The application effects of the nursing plans in the two groups were evaluated by observing the perioperative conditions,postoperative pain scores and changes in coagulation function indicators of the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the study group had fewer intraoperative fluoroscopy times,shorter incision lengths,and a lower incidence of intraoperative hypothermia,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Observe the changes in pain scores of the two groups at 24 hours,48 hours and 72 hours after the operation.The score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before the operation,the thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT),and thrombin time(TT)at the end of the operation in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the fibrinogen quantification(FIB)was lower than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with pelvic fractures undergoing minimally invasive surgery assisted by the Tianji Orthopedic robot,standardized comprehensive thermal insulation care during the perioperative period can facilitate the smooth progress of the surgery,stabilize the perioperative coagulation function of the patients,alleviate postoperative pain,and accelerate the postoperative recovery process.It can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
