Abstract:Objective:Clinical analysis of the combined treatment of Smecta(Montmorillonite Powder)and Jinshuangqi(Bifidobacterium trivalent Live Bacteria)in children with diarrhea.Method:A total of 82 children with diarrhea admitted to People's Liberation Army 63600 Military Hospitalfrom March 2023 to February 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=41)and the experimental group(n=41)according to the computer randomization method.During the treatment stage, the Smecta treatment plan was provided to the control group, and the Smecta combined with Jinshuangqi drug treatment was provided to the experimental group. The final therapeutic effects of the two groups of children with diarrhea were compared.Result:The experimental group showed shorter symptom remission time than the control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment, the experimental group showed lower levels of inflammatory factors, lower colonoscopy scores, lower recurrence rate of diarrhea, and higher quality of life than the control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:This combined medication regimen can rapidly improve digestive tract symptoms such as diarrhea and abdominal pain in children by exerting physical effects of adsorbing pathogens and protecting intestinal mucosa, while regulating the balance of intestinal flora. This collaborative treatment model not only shortens the course of the disease and improves the therapeutic effect, but also effectively prevents the recurrence of the disease and significantly enhances the overall rehabilitation quality of the children.
