Abstract:Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer(CRC)and(NOSES)in the radical treatment of CRC.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 70 patients who underwent radical CRC surgery at the First Hospital of Putian City,Fujian Province from August 2021 to August 2024.According to the surgical methods, they were divided into the reference group(33 cases, treated with conventional laparoscopic radical CRC surgery)and the study group(37 cases, treated with NOSES after laparoscopic radical CRC surgery). The changes of surgery-related indicators, postoperative recovery, serum pro-inflammatory cytokines and complications between the two groups were compared.Result:The study group demonstrated statistically significant improvements over the control group in the time to first ambulation, time to surgery, length of hospital stay, time to bowel sound recovery, time to first flatus, time to first oral intake, and intraoperative blood loss(P<0.05).Serum levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total complication rate between the study group, compared and the reference group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Although laparoscopic radical CRC surgery and NOSES in the treatment of CRC patients may prolong the operation time, they can effectively promote postoperative recovery, reduce inflammatory responses, and have relatively high safety in surgical operations.
