Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical value of lidocaine cervical block combined with racemic anisodamine(654-2)injection in the treatment of cervical edema during the active stage of labor.Method:There was a retrospective analysis of 100 parturients with cervical edema during inpatient delivery admitted to Jieyang Ciyun Hospital. They were divided into the control group(conventional treatment combined with 654-2 injection)and the observation group(conventional treatment combined with lidocaine cervical block combined with 654-2 injection)according to the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The therapeutic effect, the speed of cervical dilation, the rate of natural delivery, and the Apgar score in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time for edema to subside, the time for full dilation of the cervix, and the amount of bleeding 2 hours after delivery in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Lidocaine cervical block combined with 654-2 injection for parturients with cervical edema during the active stage of labor has a remarkable therapeutic effect. It can accelerate the regression of edema and dilation of the cervix, increase the rate of natural delivery, reduce postpartum hemorrhage, and lower complications.
