Abstract:Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of nifedipine in controlling blood pressure in patients with preeclampsia and gestational hypertension, combined with the use of labetalol,on further enhancing treatment efficacy, improving quality of life, and pregnancy outcomes.Method:The study was conducted from January 2022 to December 2024.60 patients with gestational hypertension and preeclampsia from Fuqing Hospital selected as the research subjects. The grouping principle followed the envelope method, with 30 patients in the control group receiving nifedipine alone and 30 patients in the study group receiving combination therapy of nifedipine and labetalol. The blood pressure levels, quality of life scores, and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes between two groups before and after intervention were compared.Result:After treatment, the blood pressure level of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the quality of life scores measured in the observation group were higher. The incidence of pregnancy outcomes after treatment was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Scientific selection of nifedipine and labetalol drugs can synergistically exert their pharmaceutical value, effectively control patients'blood pressure, assist in improving their future quality of life, and effectively improve pregnancy outcomes.
