Effect of Combined Treatment of Latanoprost and Brinzolamide on Intraocular Pressure in Glaucoma

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the effect of latanoprost combined with brinzolamide in the treatment of glaucoma.Method:76 glaucoma patients treated in Macheng People's Hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as research objects.According to the treatment method,the patients were divided into two groups,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with brzolamide,and the observation group was treated with brinzolamide in combination with latanoprost on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,intraocular pressure,visual acuity and visual field defect were compared between the two groups.Result:The clinical efficacy and visual acuity level of the observation group were higher than group,while the intraocular pressure and visual field defect indicators of the observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Latanprost combined with brinzolamide has obvious effect in the treatment of glaucoma.It can reduce the level of intraocular pressure,improve the level of visual acuity,alleviate the visual field defect of patients,and facilitate the recovery of patients'disease.
