Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects and safety of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)and small incision cholecystectomy(MC)on the treatment of cholecystitis patients.Method:106 patients with cholecystitis admitted to Fuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to January 2025 were selected as the research subjects.Based on the surgical plan, they were divided into a control group(n=53,treated with MC plan)and an observation group(n=53,treated with LC plan). The changes in clinical indicators, the Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores at different postoperative times, the inflammatory response indicators and oxidative stress factors, and record the number of patients with postoperative complications were compared.Result:Compared with the control group, the observation group had a shorter incision length, lower intraoperative blood loss, shorter surgical time, earlier postoperative mobilization, hospitalization time and lower VAS scores at different postoperative times(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment, both groups showed significant increase in inflammatory response indicators, malondialdehyde(MDA)levels after treatment superoxide dismutase(SOD)decreased significantly(P<0.05).Moreover,the observation of changes in inflammatory response indicators,MDA levels, and SOD levels were better. The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:LC treatment for cholecystitis patients can reduce surgical incisions, decrease intraoperative bleeding and pain, alleviate inflammation and oxidative stress, promote postoperative recovery. The risk of postoperative complications is lower.
