Effect of Ergometrine Maleate Injection Combined with Carboprost Tromethamine Injection on Serological Indicators in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage

Abstract：Objective:To observe the effect of the treatment regimen of ergometrine maleate injection combined with carboprost tromethamine injection on serological indicators in postpartum hemorrhage.Method:The research subjects were 80 postpartum hemorrhage patients admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2024,and they were divided into 40 cases in the experimental group and 40 cases in the comparative group with random number table method.All patients were treated with oxytocin.The experimental group was treated with a combination of malic acid ergoline injection and carboprost tromethamine injection,while the comparative group was treated with carboprost tromethamine injection.The clinical efficacy,postpartum hemorrhage volume,recovery status,coagulation function,oxidative stress indicators,and safety of the two groups were compared.Result:The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.The comparison of postpartum bleeding between the two groups showed that the experimental group had a lower amount.The recovery situation of the comparative group was significantly worse than that of the experimental group.Regarding the coagulation function of the two groups after treatment,the experimental group outperformed the control group.After treatment,the experimental group showed better oxidative stress indicators compared to the control group(P<0.05).The difference in safety between the two groups was not statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of ergometrine maleate injection and carboprost tromethamine injection in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage can improve clinical efficacy,reduce postpartum bleeding,improve recovery and coagulation function,and also reduce oxidative stress indicators,ensuring safety.
