Abstract:Objective:To explore the diagnostic and anticoagulant efficacy evaluation value of thrombus molecular markers for deep vein thrombosis in critically ill ICU patients.Method:From November 2020 to October 2021,a total of 88 patients diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis(DVT)who were admitted to Xiamen Branch of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University were enrolled in the thrombosis group, while 88 healthy individuals who underwent physical examination at the same hospital during the same period were assigned to the control group. The levels of thrombus molecular markers[plasma thrombin antithrombin III complex(TAT),plasmin-α 2 plasmin inhibitor complex(PIC),thrombomodulin(TM),tissue plasminogen activator/plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 complex(t-PAIC)]were compared.Result:The observation group exhibited significantly higher levels of TAT,PIC,TM,and t-PAIC compared with the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment, the levels of TAT,PIC,TM and t-PAIC in the observation group decreased than before treatment. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TAT,PIC,TM and t-PAIC can not only serve as reference indicators for early diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis in critically ill ICU patients, but also evaluate the anticoagulant efficacy of deep vein thrombosis.
