Application Effect of Whole-process Nursing based on Fine Nursing Concept during Bronchoscopy of Children

Abstract：Objective:To discuss the application effect of whole-process nursing based on fine nursing concept on children during bronchoscopy.Method:Totally 96 children who received bronchoscopy at Haicang Hospital in Xiamen were selected from October 2022 to September 2023,and were randomly divided into control group(n=48,routine nursing)and observation group(n=48,whole-process nursing based on fine nursing concept).The clinical data and occurrence of bronchoscopy complications,negative emotions[Modified Yale Preoperative Anxiety Scale(m-YPAS)score,Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorder(SCARED)score]before and after nursing,compliance of children,and satisfaction evaluation of family members of children with nursing work were compared between groups.Result:Compared with the two groups,the incidence of complications of bronchoscopy and negative emotions after nursing in the observation group were lower,and the compliance rate and nursing satisfaction of children's family members were higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Whole-process nursing based on fine nursing concept during bronchoscopy can reduce the incidence rates of complications,improve the negative emotions of children,and enhance the compliance of children and nursing work satisfaction of family members.
