Abstract:Objective:To explore the application value and safety of single-port thoracoscopic pulmonary bullectomy in the treatment of patients with spontaneous pneumothorax,in order to provide evidence for the selection of spontaneous pneumothorax operations.Method:80 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax treated with thoracoscopic pulmonary bullectomy in Changshu Second People's Hospital from November 2021 to June 2024 were grouped by the random number table. The control group(40 cases)was treated with single-port method, the observation group(40 cases)was treated with three-port method. Then the operation indexes(operation time and intraoperative blood loss),postoperative drainage situation(volume of drainage and time of drainage),postoperative complication rates, surgical trauma degree indexes[Numeric Rating Scale(NRS),tissue trauma indexes C-reactive protein(CRP)、Creatine Kinase(CK)、trauma related stress hormones Norepinephrine(NE),Aldosterone(ALD)and Cortisol(Cor)]before and after the operation of two groups were compared.Result:The operation indexes and postoperative drainage situation of observation group were both significantly better than the those in control group, the total rate of atelectasis, infection and lung leakage was significantly lower than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the NRS score, tissue trauma indexes and trauma related stress hormones of two groups from preoperative to postoperative 1 d and 3 d increased firstly and decreased afterward, those of observation group at first and third day after the operation were all significantly lower than the items of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect and safety of single-port thoracoscopic pulmonary bullectomy in the application of patients with spontaneous pneumothorax are both better, and it can effectively control the surgical trauma degree of patients.
