Abstract:Objective:To explore the influence of different postures on patients after laryngeal mask removal in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Method:According to the random number table method,80 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from March 2022 to July 2024 were divided into recumbent group(40 cases with pillows removed)and semi-recumbent group(40 cases with 30° semi-recumbent).The indexes of hemodynamics, pulmonary ventilation and respiratory mechanics of the two groups were compared.Result:There was no significant difference in heart rate(HR)and mean arterial pressure(MAP)at the end of operation,10 min after laryngeal mask removal,1 h after laryngeal mask removal and 2 h after laryngeal mask removal between the two groups(P>0.05).Forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV 1)and FEV 1/FVC in the semi-recumbent group were all higher than those in the recumbent group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The maximal expiratory pressure(MEP)and maximal inspiratory pressure(MIP)in the semi-recumbent group were higher than those in the recumbent group at 1 h and 2 h after the laryngeal mask removal, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:In laparoscopic cholecystectomy, lying flat without a pillow and 30° semi-lying position will not affect the hemodynamics of patients after laryngeal mask removal, but 30° semi-lying position is more beneficial to the pulmonary ventilation and respiratory mechanics effect of patients.
