Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of Cameron's timely theoretical rehabilitation exercises combined with first-perspective multifaceted evangelism in patients undergoing hip arthroplasty for femoral neck fracture.Method:94 patients with femoral neck fracture who underwent hip arthroplasty treatment in Putian First Hospital from July 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into experimental group and control group by coin-flip method, with 47 cases in each group. The control group followed the conventional rehabilitation mode of hip arthroplasty for femoral neck fracture to carry out nursing activities, and the experimental group added Cameron's timely theoretical rehabilitation exercise combined with the first perspective multivariate missionary intervention. The indicators of the two groups after the intervention were compared.Result:The TSK-11 score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the rehabilitation exercise adherence score was higher than that of the control group, the rehabilitation effect indexes were better than that of the control group, and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Cameron's timely theory of rehabilitation exercise combined with the first perspective multivariate missionary intervention for hip arthroplasty patients with femoral neck fracture can reduce the patients'fear of exercise, improve the patients'adherence to rehabilitation exercise, optimize the patients'rehabilitation effect, and reduce the incidence of complications.
