Abstract:Objective:To study the efficacy of tirofiban in non-endovascular treatment of patients with wake ischemic stroke.Method:A total of 100 patients with wake ischemic stroke who received non-endovascular treatment in Xinyi People's Hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected and divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 50 cases in each group, based on whether tirofiban was used for non-endovascular treatment after admission for wake ischemic stroke. The control group received conventional treatment, while the experimental group was treated with tirofiban in addition. The therapeutic effects and hematocrit, platelet count, platelet ratio, fibrinogen,NIHSS,mRS And ADL scores of the two groups were compared.Result:The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in hematocrit, platelet count, platelet ratio, fibrinogen level,NIHSS,mRS And ADL score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the hematocrit, platelet count, platelet ratio, fibrinogen level,NIHSS and mRS Score of both groups decreased, and those of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group. The ADL score of both groups increased, and that of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tirofiban in the treatment of patients with ischemic stroke after awakening who received non-endovascular treatment is helpful to improve the rheological indicators of blood flow and neurological function of patients, and to enhance the mRS,ADL scores and therapeutic effects.
