Abstract:Objective:To analyze the application value of magnetic resonance silent sequences in intracranial arterial angiography.Method:80 patients with intracranial artery diseases admitted to Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was examined and diagnosed using the conventional magnetic resonance sequence, while the observation group was examined and diagnosed using the silent magnetic resonance sequence. The signal-to-noise ratio,contrast-to-noise ratio, examination comfort score, and excellent and good rate of image quality of the internal carotid artery and basilar artery were compared between the two groups.Result:The signal-to-noise ratio and contrast-to-noise ratio of the internal carotid artery and basilar artery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The comfort score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the excellent and good rate of the observer image quality was higher than that of the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of silent magnetic resonance sequences in intracranial artery angiography is significant. It can not only reduce the signal-to-noise ratio and contrast-to-noise ratio of the internal carotid artery and basilar artery in patients, but also improve the comfort of patients during the examination and the quality of images, thereby providing a reliable basis for intracranial artery angiography.
