Effect of Ivabradine Early Intervention on Patients with Right Heart Failure

Abstract：Objective:Taking patients with right heart failure as the observation subjects and early intervention with ivabradine as the treatment method,the clinical effects of the above treatment methods on the observation subjects were analyzed and discussed.Method:The study took 100 cases of right heart failure received by the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from July 2022 to December 2023 as samples and divided the samples into two equal groups based on the time of admission.Among them,the cases admitted to the hospital from July 2022 to March 2023 were set as the control group,including a total of 50 cases,and were treated with levosimendan.Cases admitted to the hospital from April to December 2023 were regarded as the observation group,which also included 50 cases.On the basis of the control group,early intervention with ivabradine was combined.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function indicators before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:In terms of the comparison of the total clinical effective rate,compared with the control group,the observation group showed a higher effective rate value,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,in the comparison of left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),the observation group was relatively lower compared with the control group.Moreover,in the comparison of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),the observation group was relatively higher compared with the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the comparison of the total clinical effective rate,compared with the control group,the observation group showed a higher effective rate value,and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:For right heart failure,the application of ivabradine intervention measures in the early stage can achieve quite ideal therapeutic effects,which is conducive to improving cardiac function indicators and has good safety.
