Abstract:Objective:This study aims to explore the application value of combined detection of lipoprotein a[Lp(a)],high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),and homocysteine(Hcy)in the diagnosis of acute stroke.Method:128 patients with acute stroke who were hospitalized in the Department of Neurology of the Eighth People's Hospital of Nanning from January 2022 to December 2024 were selected as the observation group, and another 116 healthy individuals undergoing physical examinations were selected as the control group. The levels of Lp(a),hs-CRP and Hcy in the serum of the two groups were detected. The collected data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 21.0 software, and the diagnostic validity of these biomarkers was evaluated.Result:The research results showed that the levels of Lp(a),hs-CRP and Hcy in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group(P<0.05).In addition, the positive rate of the combined detection of these three indicators was significantly higher than that of the single indicator detection(P<0.05).Through analysis,it is indicated that the diagnostic efficacy of combined detection is superior to that of individual detection. The study also found that Lp(a)levels are associated with atherosclerotic status,hs-CRP can effectively reflect acute inflammatory responses, and Hcy is closely related to vascular endothelial dysfunction. Conclusion:To sum up,the combined detection of Lp(a),hs-CRP and Hcy has shown obvious clinical value in the early diagnosis and risk assessment of acute stroke, providing a scientific basis for the development of precision medicine.
