Clinical Effect of Bronchoscopy Alveolar Lavage on Stroke Patients with Pulmonary Infection

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the effect of fibreoptic bronchoscopic alveolar lavage on patients with stroke lung infection.Method:Inpatients diagnosed with pulmonary infection after stroke in Shipai Hospital,Dongguan City from January 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups by the random number table method.The control group(133 cases)received conventional intervention,while the study group(123 groups)received fiberoptic bronchoscopy alveolar lavage and sputum aspiration treatment.The clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory indicators before and after treatment,symptom disappearance time and arterial blood gas changes of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The differences of procalcitonin(PCT),interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)and white blood cell(WBC)between the two groups before treatment were compared(P>0.05).After treatment,PCT,IL-6,CRP and WBC in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the disappearance time of lung moist rales,fever and cough symptoms in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the mechanical ventilation time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the arterial blood gas indexes of the two groups were compared(P>0.05).After treatment,the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the two groups was decreased,and the blood oxygen saturation and pH were increased.After treatment,the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the blood oxygen saturation and pH indexes were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The phenomenon of pulmonary infection in stroke patients will have adversely effects on the recovery of patients.The intervention of fiberopticbronchoalveolar lavage can help to reduce the level of inflammatory expression,and promote the improvement of clinical symptoms of patients,with definite curative effect.
