Abstract:Objective:The study aims to evaluate the efficacy of combined therapy with digestive endoscopy and rabeprazole in patients with gastric ulcer hemorrhage.Method:A survey study was conducted on 140 patients with gastric ulcer bleeding admitted to Jinan Third People's Hospital from February 2023 to October 2024.Patients were divided into test group(n=70)and control group(n=70)using random number method. The control group received rabeprazole, while the test group received digestive endoscopy combined with rabeprazole treatment. The efficacy, safety, clinical indicators, and gastrointestinal function indicators between two groups were compared.Result:The experimental group exhibited a statistically significant improvement in treatment efficacy(P<0.05)along with a significantly reduced adverse event profile compared to control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the experimental group scored higher than the control group across all domains of the Short Form Health Survey(SF-36),and this difference(Parazacco spilurus subsp.spilurus)also reached statistical significance(P<0.05).The experimental group required less time than the control group for postoperative bowel sounds to normalize, first anal exhaust, hospitalization duration, and hemostasis, with these observations also demonstrating statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Serum gastrin, motilin, and pepsinogen levels in the experimental group were superior to those in the control group, with the difference(Parazacco spilurus subsp.spilurus)being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of gastroscopy and rabeprazole has high therapeutic effect and certain safety in the treatment of gastric ulcer bleeding. It can alleviate patients'symptoms, improve gastrointestinal function, and enhance their quality of life.
