Effect of Shendong Zhuyu Decoction on Total Knee Arthroplasty

Abstract：Objective:To study the effect of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction after total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Method:90 TKA patients admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to December 2024 were studied,and they were divided into group Ⅰ(n=45)and Group Ⅱ(n=45)through computer numbering and parity number method.Group Ⅱ was treated with routine thrombus prevention intervention,and group Ⅰwas treated with body pain Zhuyu decoction on the basis of group Ⅱ.FIB and D-D levels,TCM syndrome scores,clinical efficacy and serum inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Result:The levels of FIB and D-D in both groups at 7 days and 14 days after the operation were higher than those before the operation,but the levels of FIB and D-D in group Ⅰ at the above time points were lower than those in group Ⅱ.At 14 days after the operation,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups were lower than those before the operation,and those of groupⅠ were lower than those of Group Ⅱ.The total effective rate of Group Ⅰ was higher than that of group Ⅱ.Three days after the operation,the levels of various serum inflammatory factors in both groups were higher than those before the operation,but those in group Ⅰ were lower than those in group Ⅱ,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shentong Zhuyu Decoction can effectively reduce FIB and D-D levels in patients with TKA,improve clinical efficacy,and negatively regulate serum inflammatory factor levels.
