Abstract:Objective:To investigate the efficacy of elderly female patients with osteoporosis receiving deslumizumab injection in combination with basal therapy.Method:80 cases of elderly female osteoporosis patients admitted to Lanzhou City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into the control group(40 cases, basic treatment)and the study group(40 cases, combined with deslumizumab injection on the basis of the control group)according to the method of randomized number table. Both groups were treated for a period of 1 year, and the treatment conditions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:After treatment, the levels of bone density indexes in both groups increased, and the research group was higher, and the levels of all bone metabolism indexes decreased, and the research group was lower, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of various biochemical indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Elderly female osteoporosis patients who received disutilizumab injection combined with basal treatment showed improvement in their bone mineral density and bone metabolism indexes, with no abnormalities in biochemical indexes, and the therapeutic effect was improved with high safety.
