Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of improving the function of the affected limbs after treating patients with hemiplegia with antelope horn soup combined with warm bile soup plus reduction combined with acupuncture.Method:50 patients who underwent stroke hemiplegia treatment in Fuzhou Zhongde Hospital from July 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into the observation group and the control group using the random number lottery method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acupuncture alone, and the observation group was treated with antelope horn soup combined with warm bile soup plus reduction combined with acupuncture.Improvement of transport function and blood rheology of the affected limbs and complication rate were compared between the two groups after treatment.Result:The upper limb and lower limb scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the overall motor function scores were higher than those of the control group, the blood rheology indexes were lower than those of the control group, and the complication rates were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of antelope horn soup combined with the addition and subtraction of warm gallbladder soup combined with acupuncture treatment is conducive to improving the function of the affected limbs in hemiplegic patients with stroke, optimizing their blood rheology data, and reducing the risk of complications.
