Abstract:Objective:To investigate the results of decompression and fusion internal fixation in patients with lumbar spinal stenosis(LSS)combined with Ⅰ-degree degenerative slip.Method:138 LSS patients admitted to Guiyang Hospital of Guiyang Airline from June 2021 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into the control group(n=69,simple decompression treatment)and the observation group(n=69,decompression and fusion internal fixation treatment)according to the treatment method. The operation time, intraoperative bleeding, visual analog scale(VAS),Japanese Orthopaedic Association Low Back Pain Disorder Rating Scale(JOA)score, imaging examinations(pelvic tilt angle, thoracic kyphosis angle, lumbar anterior kyphosis angle, lumbar spondylolisthesis degree, and intervertebral disc height),and complication rates were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time, intraoperative bleeding,JOA score, pelvic tilt angle, thoracic kyphosis angle, lumbar anterior kyphosis angle, intervertebral disc height, and complication rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score and the degree of lumbar spondylolisthesis in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with decompression alone, decompression and fusion internal fixation in patients with LSS combined with Ⅰ-degree degenerative spondylolisthesis can help to further improve postoperative JOA score, reduce the degree of lumbar spondylolisthesis, and improve lumbar spine anatomy and VAS score, but it will increase surgical trauma, which may in turn increase the rate of complications and increase the burden of treatment.
